Shipping Policy
At AM Shipping Supplies, we strive to supply our customers with the most efficient, safe, and inexpensive shipping options. Our large shipping volumes enable us to negotiate discounts from the carriers that we use. We pass these savings along to our customers. We strive to ship orders within one business day. We use a variety of shipping companies included FedEx, UPS, and various LTL Carriers. We use these resources, and a personal touch, to ensure that our customers receive their orders in good shape and in a timely manner at the most competitive price possible.
Return Policy
We do accept returns on stock items when made within 10 business days of your receipt of the products. We ask that the customer pay for the freight, outgoing and incoming, except in cases of an error on our part. Once the products have been returned to us in good condition, we will issue a credit for the full cost of the products. There is no restocking fee.
